Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Class8Access collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to Reps who sign up for the Service and to visitors who submit a lead form on a Rep's page.
1. Information We Collect
From Reps at signup: name, dealership name, phone number, email address, and (optionally) where your inventory data lives.
From buyers using a Rep's page: name, phone number, email or ZIP code, and any message submitted through a contact or financing form.
Automatically: basic usage analytics (pages viewed, general location, device/browser type) via Google Analytics, for the pages you use.
2. How We Use Information
- To set up and operate your Rep page and route buyer leads to you.
- To respond to signup requests and provide customer support.
- To understand overall usage and improve the Service.
- To send you service-related communications (billing, updates to these policies, support responses).
We do not sell personal information.
3. How Information Is Shared
Lead-form submissions are delivered to the relevant Rep via Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and by email. Site usage is measured with Google Analytics. The Service itself is hosted on AWS (Amplify/CloudFront). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms; we do not otherwise share personal information with third parties except as needed to operate the Service, comply with the law, or protect our rights.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use standard analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how pages are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them will not affect your ability to use the Service, only our ability to measure usage.
5. Data Retention
We retain Rep account information for as long as the account is active, and lead-form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to serve their purpose. You can request deletion as described below.
6. Your Choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing artc@class8access.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are a buyer who contacted a Rep and want your message data removed, contact us and we will forward the request or handle it directly where possible.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults in the commercial truck sales industry and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active Reps.
